Wrong credit listing

I had a prepaid account with avon, I then decided to close it. After 3years I recieved an sms saying I have been handed over and this is also listen on my credit report, having contact the company different people reply with different answers some do not even read the whole emails to know the problem. I was asked to make an affidavit stating that I didn't receive the stock and they actually know who those invoices done in my account are for as they gave me the invoice numbers and the name of the person, I was then told it would take 21 days to remove this since March they're no longer replying to my emails or has the account been removed from my report. I want this resolved and removed from my name
