Wrong arrears

I was selling Avon I was in arrears i couldn't make the but when I started making payments and sending prove of payments when I called no one could allocate my payments even though I was sending proof now the are telling me that i need to pay R2000 this is really annoying cause I made payments at absa and I'm not in arrears
