Write off confirmation letter request ... Confirming that you already sent documents to Credit Bureau to write off my name

23 May 2018 I reported a ***** account that was opened under my name to Avon Justine which resulted to my name being listed on credit Bureau. I gave Avon Justine enough time to investigate the matter luckily they find out who opened/received their products. I had to call them back and ask how long will it take for credit Bureau to write off my name Precious(consultant ) told me it's going to take 21 working days. I then sent an email request for confirmation letter that they already sent documents to Credit Bureau to write off my name and explain on it that I had nothing to do with the account but no one has bothered to get back to me. I also called today but still no one is willing to help me. As from today I know your half disgusting, Rude consultants they kept transferring my call or put me on hold. I don't care about your damn promotion can someone write a confirmation letter stating that you already sent documents to Credit Bureau to write off my name, scan and email it to my email address
