Worst customer service

I had an account with avon 2016 .could not pay as clients ended up not paying me and i was also under debt review which was terminated in 2018.No efforts of collection were made . I have been sending Avon emails asking for the prescription letter as per terms of section 10 (1) of the Prescription act 68 of 1969.
