I bought a bottle of your Tabasheer perfume through one of your agents for delivery directly to me. The pump does not work. According to the agent your company will not exchange or refund this faulty product because it is more than 30 days since I got it. The bottle is full!! It does not work. It is your own branded product you are refusing to accept responsibility for!!

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY DO NOT EVEN HONOUR THEIR OWN PRODUCTS!!!

Never again. Shocking!!!

Still waiting to hear from them. Absolutely no scruples. They don't care. Have tried to get hold of them thru a number of channels.
