Why is ITCBA still sending me threatning messages?

I had an account with Avon however i could not pay ,however when i made the payment i made the full amount that i owed Avon but ITCBA is still snding me threatning text messages while i payed the full amount and i made several call to tell them i made the payment. So i want to know why is my name still at ITCBA???????
