Why is Avon ruining my credit score and payments were done I August 2020

Avon consultants allowed my sister to open an account under my name and never confirmed with me, I found out a year last and settled that account in August 2020 and sent email for that debt to be settled and get a clearance letter as this is affecting my credit score but nothing has been done till date. And I sent emails to credit *** but no response
