What is going on???

To whom it may concern<br> This is a complaint about your courier company that you are using. I'm losing customers and the agent whats to resign , she is my best seller and we do NOT want to lose her!! <br> I can not believe how one company can operate with so many lying and *********** staff .<br> My parcel ***9 has been inducted on the 31 st of August .<br> On the traking website you said out on delivery on the 2 September! <br> I have been phoning every week day since (costing a **** load of airtime) and they PROMISE it will be here \TODAY".<br> And guess what ?!?!?!?!? its still not here.<br> This morning when i phoned again Thando Ndala was screaming more than me. And still promises me that it will be here today!<br> When i phone now again now a Jonathan could not get hold of the driver??? Its past 16h00 now again.<br> Now he also told me the driver was in hospital thats why it was never delivered. <br> Who can i believe?<br> Also many customers have cancelled their orders "
