Very very rude and Poorest service of all from Nontle Kheswa

I have just called Justin credit control department and I spoke to a very very rude lady called Nontle Kheswa, She has attitude she is full of herself I'm not even sure if she knows what is she doing there. I called in to check if the payment done through EasyPay was reflecting on a customers account and she said she cant provide me with customers information even after l told her lm calling from EasyPay as the customer is complaining that the payment is not reflecting lm calling on behalf of the customer l don't want any information l just want to know if she can see the payment or not, She carried on being big headed saying she cant tell me that according to rules and regulations and she refused me to speak to her manager saying l must go and report her good lick to me because no one will confirm that for me, And l called again and spoke to some lady who told me that there is a problem with allocating EasyPay payments therefore that is why its currently not reflecting it can take up to 7days.Thats what Nontle could have told me when l called in the first time.

Please take her to training and teach her how does customer service work it's not aout proving to customer how stubborn you are and being rude for no reason after all her job is to assist customers that call in at the call centre not to provide 0 service.
