very unhappy

For the past 8 years I have used avon facial products . At the moment I am using Solutions the purple tub morning and night cream products , when there Is a special on I normally buy double as I finish a tub in about 2 months . I opened a new tub of face cream on Wednesday morning and actually got sent home from work by my boss as it looked like I had an allergic reaction and I couldn't understand because I hadn't eaten anything weird or used any make up of difference .. so I continued using it . Not a good idea as the right side of my face now has dry patches .... now that his product has been changed for new packaging. .. I tried the new nutra effects product this morning which is supposed to be exactly like the old solutions but this is definitely not the case. I am left with a sticky shiny face and it feels like all avon has put In there is sun screen .... I want to return all my products and I want my money back. This is honestly so disappointing for avon because I have used their products for so many years ...feedback please
