Just want to say through all the bad experience I have with the Avon Justine independent sales rep. After I expressed how disappointed I was with the brand and all. I am very confident to say Mpho from Avon Justine customer service department is for keeps. She called me , understood my frustrations and even it was a while back with no expectations, I was sent the most heartfelt and warm apology. With that with an amazing gift, it made me feel so special ans highly valued. I will continue to support the brand as I really love their Capre deme silver cologne, and their Avon Care body lotion range , not leaving out the lipstick which Is longer lasting and very good for my lips.
