Very dissatisfied customer

I am very dissatisfied with the service of Avon Justine. Someone opened an Avon Cosmetics account in my name without my knowledge or concern, I called Avon Head office for number of times explaining about my compliant that someone opened an account **********ly using my name.

But I was never assisted at all by Avon. I was not aware of this activity until it was brought to my attention by a Cellphone company service provider where I app**** for a cell phone contract and I was that I don't qualify for a cellphone contract because I owe Avon Cosmetics.

This matter is injustice because Avon is not willing to help me and now I suffer because of Avon.
