very disappointing

I would like to begin and try and make my story short firstly I still love Avon products and still buy them from my friends….but I was a sales rep and had a very bad experience and AVON has no patience what so ever my first order was a total disaster and I received the wrong products I was jobless and didn’t have any income I contacted Avon and they didn’t care much and I was nice and said it is fine I will try and sell those products to try and make that money up…long story short I was handed over to ITC where I received amazing treatment and they treated me very nicely and understood I made an arrangement where I would pay R50.00 EACH month because I didn’t have an income they agreed ….i made the bank deposits and realized the money was never deducted and I made a mistake by putting in the wrong ref at the bank due to the fact that I was not very clever with the entire bank deposit story and I also moved in that time period and lost some slips ….i contacted ITC and emailed the proof of payments that I had left and didn’t lose …….my account was closed and cleared I really received very kind service from ITC ….this morning I got a phone call from another dept company *** which means I was handed OVER AGAIN by Avon and I would just like to know how this works ???? when my account was cleared and now I get handed over again I am very disappointed in this entire situation !
