Vernique Celestine Refund department

Good day .

I had written a review about Avon in November , this is my second one cause there hasn't been any change.

I was contacted by Vernique Celestine who said she would deal with my matter when I complained in November. I explained my issue and asked for a refund of my remaining balance . She asked that I send a letter requesting a refund which I sent through my sister's email on the 28th November and I never got a response after that. I then sent an email Jan 14 asking about the progress of my request , she said I should send the letter requesting mg refund again I did that same day. Its the 21st January still no response on the process and no updates . Vernique Celestine doesn't respond to my emails .
