Useless Avon watch

So i purchased a watch in December for my daughter, not been advised about a 6 month guarantee on watches. Then suddenly in August the watch stops working. Call the help centre and they can not help me because of their 6 month guarantee.

Highly upset as this was one of my daughter's xmas presents. Never to purchase from them again as this is not the first time it has happened.

I honestly think they must stick to selling make up and not nonsense that gives up!
