Useless Avon call center

The Avon call center and queries email address are of no help. I made a mistake when paying my account by entering a wrong ref number. Sent a proof of payment last year dec .phoned more than 13 times still no help. Every consultant comes with their theory till today. My payment has been proofed by I have to explain my story everytime I call them. It's now two and half months waiting for my order , calling the ***avon number still no help. Please manager do something because your call center sucks big tine
