Updates on ITC not made after payment 5 months ago

I was late only ONE MONTH with a payment for AVON JUSTINE, yes my fault and they LISTED ME ON ITC. after making the fully payment on 24th June 2017 they have to date not yet updated my records for a R502. yes R502. and as a result i've tried doing an application for a bond and they rejected me due to AVON JUSTINE still having me listed. after emailing me numerous times that they will update the records its been exactly 5 months and nothing has been done. Credit Control: Olwethu Magushana - promised this will be done and sent through my paid up letter SCTNR: Angelica Sebelo - sent my request to credit control
