Unreliable couriers

i have been waiting for my Avon Justine Order since Wednesday the 1st of Nov but until today i haven't received it, upon tracking my order i see the driver said there was no one at home Yesterday i don't understand why is he lying as my order is normally delivered at my work place and they usually call me when they are delivering but this time he is saying there was no one at home, i am really disappointed at this kind of service, at the the end of the day i will get blacklisted by Justine while i couldn't deliver my customers orders on time for payment due to the courier, and those courier guys are very rude normally, i have never been involved with a business that makes me feel so inferior like this(fast n furious couriers)
