Unknown account

Upon receiving my credit report I was shocked to realise that there is a ********** account by Avon that has been opened by my name. I have so far called Avon call center to report the matter, consulted the helpdesk and Thato took all my documentation that proves that I have no knowledge whatsoever of this account and promised to mark it as urgent as possible.<br> <br> My frustration mainly is with my application which lies with my banker to finish off with the financing of my new vehicle and this Avon account gets in the way of my assessment and therefore affecting my score with ITC. What would it take for Avon to realise I can never be a Beauty Adviser for their products???? Am not asking for freebies here, I just want my name off your debtors list as I don't have, and have not, and will never dealings with you whatsoever.
