Unhappy with ur service

Contacted them regarding my charger for my smart watch. I got response from them and a driver came to fetch the watch and charger yet it's been a month since I last heard from them. Their contact center is not working and they dnt respond to emails. I spent alot of money for the smart watch for nothing to happen. I'm seriously not happy. I have sent countless emails but till now I got no response. What's happening Avon???
