Unfair penalties

I was an avon agent for a while. My last clients order and never paid. So i was stuck with their stock. So i made other plan and sold to other people. It took time but i did paid Avon. I did paid the penalties and paid all in full. When i went on my credit score i picked up that they loaded R49 on my credit. I have mailed them and told them to fix. I did paid all in full why they keep on adding penalties?????! Then they said no it R99 and i said they must fix it. they keep on sending me sms to pay. But for what??? They are making my credit look bad for no good reason. I have mailed them to fix it. And send them proof that i did paid on time. So yes i am very mad and unhappy. And it seems that is not just me they did it to. This is like *****ing to me. Make people pay for something that they are not responsible and to make an extra buck or 2. Hope they see this review and other people that is happend to them to come forward and stop people to become agents for a business like this. This is unexceptional
