Unfair ITC listing

I had a balace of R900 which I paid up in November 2019 and was sent a paid up later , yet the balance is reflecting as arrears on my ITC and it's negatively affecting my ITC.

Beem trying to get a bond and the bank cant approve me because of this balance that I paid up long ago

I tried everything I could to get this balance updated as paid with no luck
