I have recently wrote a review here on hellopeter about my experience with avon Justine.

They called me on the same day, but they did not resolve the issue. They said that the account shows that there was a refund which was done thats what the account shows said the lady who called me.

But I never received any refund from Justine . The lady said she was escalating the matter but till today I am still waiting no one has gotten back to me.

When was it resolved and how? We have not received any refund as you said yesterday that the money was refunded. And is strange that after 4 yrs you only responding now and saying you have refunded me while you did not. So if you saying it has been resolved, how and when?
