Uncaring Zone Managers and deplorable customer service to Avon Representatives

<p>Being an Avon Representative for some time now in Gauteng, I realize how shoddy the service can be up here in Gauteng compared to Cape Town. I am an Avon Representative and barely make anything from Avon sales but I do it because there is a demand by customers for the product and I buy them myself for gifts to friends and family but from the time you place an order to the time you receive it is an absolute nightmare. Since I moved here, it was a mission to open my account, the Zone Manager, Susan Koekemoer and another Manager by the name of Elize Botha are completely clueless and I sometimes wonder how they jump on the bandwagon reaping the rewards of most Sales Representatives in the Gauteng area. They email me about sales and send me thousands of brochures to clog up my inbox but dare I send them one query, they go AWOL, I have been liaising with one Sales Representative and it is not even her job but she takes the time to assist me with my queries, refunds and credits, shorted items and her name is Marlette Brits, a real customer orientated person. I occassionally get a call from Elize Botha to ask me about re-joining Avon and bringing in Sales and I once asked her the question, where are you guys when I need help with orders that are not picked and packed according to my order, queries on shorted items, dissapointed customers and she keeps quiet. It is all about sales but no care attitude when it comes to customer service. To me if a customer buys a product for R55.00, I give them a little something for their support. I have had so many issues with delivery, items packaged where products were almost damaged but I just keep quiet because my queries and issues go unheard, is this what Avon Justine is all about ??? Just making money and not caring about who you sell to and checking with your Sales Representatives that generate millions of rands of income if all is okay ??? You are just another Retail that just does not give a damn anymore. Absolutely fed-up of your deplorable service to Sales Representatives.</p>
