Unauthorised Credit card account opened using my personal details

I am severely impacted by a *****ulent account appearing on my credit profile, attributed to "Justin Avon." I have never engaged with or authorized any services from "Avon." This account was opened using my personal details without my consent, directly damaging my credit score. I have never opened any account with you and nor have I ever spoken to any of your consultant to give the consent to open a credit card account under my name. I am definitely going to get to the bottom of this. you guys are messing with our lives. I will hand this one over to my lawyers to handle. I want to know who authorised this and how did they get hold of my information.
