May you please assist and investigate my matter.

From 2024 September I have been recieving emails monthly. The emails are saying avon Justine has handed my case to ITC to pay R1999.99 that I owe. I have never opened an account with Avon Justine, I do not use the products. How was an account opened in my name. I only receive emails. I have never received phone calls. I believe a *****ulent account was created. But how? Because you would need an id number, signatures and other information when opening an account. If possible please supply me with the documentation showing what products were taken, on which date and by who, the signatures as well, I need all the details, if possible photos as well. I have never signed any documentation for opening an account with Avon Justine. May i please be assisted and this matter investigated
