*****ulant account created using my name

I just found out that this company, JUSTINE AVON, created a *****ulant account using my I.D number. How can they be so careless because no one has ever ****** my I.D. It means they just use I.D number or a copy to create *****.

According to clear score, I have two accounts from Avon that were opened in July and August. I have no knowledge about those accounts as I am not even fami**** with this company I do not even know what exactly do they sell.

AVON JUSTINE, you are messing up our credit score with your conduct. This is not fair.
