Uknown Account

I recently found iut while trying to buy a car that I have been liated on ICT apparently I have an Avon account that was opened under my name. I never opened any Avon Account. The account has been sent for collection. Avon help solve this Problem. I have always had my ID book with me. I am not sure how this account was oppened. Your response will be highly appreciated
