This Avon rep ruined Christmas

Avon itself is great, have no problem with Avon products, it's the representative that's the problem. If you live in Pretoria please do not use Eldrid Martin as a rep. I ordered from him end of November and paid him early December for courier as we didn't spend Christmas in Pretoria. I still haven't received my product nor my money back. He ignores my phone calls and messages. Help from Avon has been little to non-existent. Even if they are closed for the festive season, they should atleast have a helpline or ***** line active for cases exactly like this.

My orders were Christmas presents. Nobody got their present from me this year. This is unacceptable.
