Think twice before joining Avon

I am a cash customer/distributor I placed my order and payed it on the 21st of June and the balance on the 26th, it was invoiced on the 28th I received delivery message on the 29th and truly the driver came without a parcel. Simon our receiving guy signed for all driver parcels then when he did his recordings for each parcel when he called out Nonhlanhla's parcel the driver said he doesn't have a parcel. When I phoned in on Monday this lady said my parcel is on the truck for delivery because Friday was an unsuccessful delivery I even received a message alerting me to arrange re-delivery. So I was told it will be delivered on Monday and now today Ntswaki says it was delivered on the 02nd where to who? I want my box or my money please my customers that have already paid are fuming and i'm fuming too cos my accounts are not paid yet because of this delay. Please investigate and give my box or my money asseblief. I had never had a smooth process from day one with Avon really come to think of it I'm drained and tired of Avon stress.
