They placed someone's order in my name

Margaret Du Toit placed someone's order using my name. When I told her about the matter she apologized telling me that she made a mistake and she will fix it. It's been two weeks and and my account still says I am owing and the only response I get from her everyday is "I escalated the matter and will follow up for you tomorrow" EVERYDAY.
