The products get used

Please look into this serious matter, your products are being used before they being delivered to the consultant. As an embarrassed consultant I had sold a foundation to my client. When she received the product she told me someone had been using this product and when she opened it was almost finished. I will return and send all necessary paperwork again this is an expensive exercise as I have to return it and wait 6 weeks to receive a credit to be done. Someone in the picking and packing warehouse at Avon head office is other *****ing the products and is using them to there leisure this needs to be sorted, inexcusable!
