The most pathetic company I have ever dealt with

I wasnt an avon rep for long when they started messing up my orders. 1 month they delivered products that were 2 months overdue (my customers were upset & didnt wanted them), also products that i didnt even order. I contacted the sales leader & asked what the return process was but all she told me to do was give it to a lady that lives in the same street as i do- which i did. 2 months went by & my account still showed that i owed avon the money for the products that i returned & they would not allow me to place new orders unless i paid the amount - which i did & just paid the same amount short in case they sorted it out. I stopped placing orders & the sales leader started hounding me for orders. I mailed the manager she said she gave the returns to who promised to sort the issue out but didnt. The accounts department keeps phoning me for payments even tho i sent every1 my invoice and list of returned items. None of the managers ever reply, i get threatening messages from ITC. Avon is unprofessional & do not give a damn about their reps as long as they get their money. They are willing to give me a bad credit record coz no1 will take responsibility. Im taking this further im fed up.
