Terrible treatment of Sales Advisors

I have over the years shared an office with people who sell for Avon Justine and I am shocked by the level of service Avon Justine offers these people! Wow! I actually refuse to buy now as I will not support a company that cannot even look after people DOING THEM A FAVOUR! Avon Justine is not readily available in the shops and relies heavily on their sales advisors yet they treat them like dirt. There are people *****ing at Avon Justine then the advisors must foot the bill! I have personally witnessed a box being opened in front of me and the item on the invoice is not in the box yet Avon constantly tells the advisor she's liable!

I have heard these advisors on the phone speaking to *********** call centre staff who can't assist them with simple things. i have seen first hand how regional managers and area managers are *****y to their advisors, Ursula in particular telling an advisor "well I can't help you then" after the advisor told her to go back and read the emails explaining the situation! What the hell Ursula! Why do you have an email address if you're going to ignore people who email you? Do you ignore your manager's email, I bet not so who the hell do you think you are that you must ignore people who represent YOUR company that pays YOUR salary's emails???????????????

My colleague currently having an issue has NO idea I'm doing this but I'm gatvol! I have to sit and hear her on the phone with Avon Justine trying to sort SIMPLE issues out. So can you imagine her frustration if I am frustrated????

If you can't look after the people who make sure you all have money in your bank accounts why must the public even purchase your stock? I can easily get everything you sell at the shops so tell me why should we bother? Honey slipped in sales and had to retrench a few years ago, if you are not careful, you will find yourself in the same box! Do you want that? Do you want your advisors to lose clients? Because from where I am sitting you don't care, so maybe we should just show you how much you not caring will affect your pocket!
