STUFF DELIVERED A MONTH LATER

Hi <br> I have placed my order for December which came much later than usual or expected.<br> with more than half stuff not delivered.<br> none the less I had to explain to customers that their stuff didn't come ,which was fine cause they could order on the new book <br> spoke to the team leader and she told me if stuff is not delivered you don't get invoice and she will credit for me .<br> now the stuff has been delivered I don't know hat the hell the expecting me to do with it.<br> I suggest they come and collect I want my money back. <br> I am done with Avon.
