STOP USING FAST + FURIOUS COURIERS
Got an sms Thursday morning (30th of July) stating that my parcel will be delivered within the next 48 hours. I phoned this morning and they told me that the driver said he will deliver before 15:00. He is still not here.<br> <br> Fast + Furious couriers are unreliable. They sent my previous parcel to Namibia. They tell you that something will be delivered today but at the latest tomorrow then it doesnt even get to you the next day. <br> <br> Avon sent me a message stating that my parcel will be delivered so I told my customers it will be delivered. This is unacceptable client service. <br> <br> Don't you have an alternative courier? There are alot of reliable couriers!!!!!

As per our telephonic conversation, campaign 7, order WWW***, invoice ***6 was successfully delivered by the courier Fast n Furious and you acknowledged order received.
We sincerely apologise for delayed delivery and the inconvenience that this caused to you and your customers.
The courier confirmed to have had challenges with their Pretoria branch and the order was returned twice hence the late delivery.
We have escalated this to our transportation superiors for further investigations with the courier and to improve service delivery.
