Still waiting for products paid

<p>In October 2016 myself and my friends ordered some products from a new representative from Avon which we paid for. Some products were still on backorder and we were promised by the rep Angelique,that it will be shipped to another Avon rep, Stephanie Allies' house the next month. We were given an invoice as proof that it was on its way. Now 2 months later we are still waiting for our products which was delivered to Stephanie Allies' house ( I got the shipping docket)but whenever we go to her house she is never available and cannot give an explanation as to where the stuff is to Angelique ,my rep. Complaints was logged with Avon but up till today no one got back to assist.</p>
