still waiting for gugu to send me email/confirmati
last week Friday the courier came to collect the watch after a long hassle,but now almost a week later am still waiting for Gugu to contact me ,she promised to send me an email after talking to me on the phone and when I checked my account the watch is still not credited someone call me and tell me whats going on urgently as this matter has been dragging for so long

As per our telephonic conversation, the watch is received at the Head Office. Credit adjustment is drawn and submitted with our Credit Returns department and credit will be processed tomorrow the 3rd of February 2014.
