still waiting for a refund

good day <br> <br> I have purchased makeup from Avon 2years back. the agent that was selling it was Karishma Kassie. I returned the goods and I'm still awaiting my credit. she told me that she has been in contact with Avon and that they don't want to give her the refund. Its been 2 and half and nothing is happening. <br> <br> regards<br> Jamie
