I paid Avon orders on the 17th of December.But up until now I have not received my orders.But they have invoiced my order on the 29 December 2015.And what I know is that it takes 4-5 working days to receive the order.Haven't received anything.Now my customers are very angry at me.When will I get my order? Its almost 9 days but nothing came

Please be advised that annual invoicing for the year 2015 closed on the 18/12/2015 and resumed on the 04/01/2015.
Therefore all orders placed subsequent to the 18/12/2015 were delivered in the year 2016.
