Simple registration - cannot register to place orders

it is really annoying that one has to call in or get a sales leader to assist with a simple registration. I do not have this problem with avon. I am use to working independently and do not have patients for this delays. so now I need to send my orders to my sales leader and she needs to place it and what if the products are not available.
