settled ********** matter still reflecting on my name

In 2017 October 2017 I complained on this platform about a ********** purchase in my name from Avon which amounted to R14 000.00,if I remember correctly. I was assisted by a lady called Janine Dwayi, my affidavit was required and so I submitted. however, what I don't understand is why this account still reflection my credit score record after having resolved this issue. it has been 3 years now yet this account still reflects on my name and I want it off because it affects my credit score. what is going on here Avon?
