SERVICE STILL PATHETIC
After my previous post on Hello Peter and after I paid the enormous amount of R17 after I received an e-mail to say that I only has to pay R16-91 I now receive pop on my account to say that I still owe them R0,01. WOW who is doing the calculations there? Clearly the one department does not know what the other one is doing alternatively the people working in the credit department has no idea of what they are doing. How is it possible for one department to come up with 3 (THREE) different amounts?
