I ordered products from Avon in November and they deliverd products but most of them were missing. They charged me for those products when I called them they told me to send the picking slip and copy of id to NIB which i did but i did not get help. I phoned several times and they kept saying i should resend they will sort it out but still nothing until they closed in December. When they open I called again and was told to resend again, spoke to Michelle. Response again, i phoned again today and was told to resend again to credit control i am not the only 1 who sends e-mails they will respond when they recieve it. I have tried to apply for a loan and i could not qualify because it shows that i am in arrears with Avon for R490 which is for the products i did not recieve. I do not know what to do anymore because if u ask to speak to the person you spoke to, to follow up they tell you can't which means you have to speak to a different people each time you call.
