Selfishness and exploitation

i was once a justine rep. myself and my husband. we happened to have a balance on my husband's account which justine harrassed us to pay and sent us the bill which was more that the actual amount. we paid the money and the account is currently sitting on credit of R326 since 2015 I have been trying to claim that money since 2015 I called and emailed and sent all the documentation that thet said I must send in order for them to pay the money. Upton this date they never paid the money but they have guards to blacklist me for R300 I have been trying to claim that money for more than 3years with no help from justine. I am not working and they have been demanding me to pay them R300 which is now sitting on areas. but they refuse to pay back my R326 .
