Sales leaders caused my credit rating to drop

Due to the impact of Covid 19 on my salary, I decided to sell avon and justine to make up the money and responded to an ad. Very quickly M had me signed up etc. She then asked me if I would like a sales starter pack for Avon and Justine to which I responded yes. Only to find out afterwards that M put through orders on my name for R627.80 and R973 for Avon- I was very angry when she advised me that it was a starter pack. I phoned the call centre and they told me that in order for you to activate your account, you must place an order of R600. This was the first I had heard of it. I explained to the consultant what happened and he said that they are not allowed to transact on my account. I immediately changed the passwords. M said I musn't worry I must just return the products, when I did, there was a big issue with Avon and my returns were not credited to my account to this day and it has affected my credit rating. When I asked M - what is avon going to do about it. She said I must contact the call centre Monday - absolutely ridiculous!!!!
