RUDE CONSULTANTS - NO SERVICE!!!

Order *** not invoiced and payment made before cut off called for assistance and the service I get is pathetic please send your staff for training on how to deal with customers if it was not for us , there would be no business requested to speak to a manager and the rude consultant transferred me back to the loop and I have to call again. Is that how representative should be treated ?
