Rude consultant !!

I happened to place an order that had missing items. I have been trying to get ahold of head office but the never gets through ***) finally today I managed to get a consultant by the name of Gugu/Dudu. She was so rude when taking my information and I let her be, but as the call went on I started getting agitated by how she was speaking yo me and reprimanded her to stop speaking to a child and i am a fool. I am so livid as to how she was speaking me, I do not know the process she does, I was never rude to her to begin with therefore i will not anyone talk to me as if im a fool or their child. I only started yelling at her cause I could not bare the way she was talking to me and there way she kept calling out my name. She even had the audacity to yell back at me once I asked her to continue helping me and also told me that I'm wasting my airtime!! She even kept quiet on the call while asking her to continue helping but instead she continued arguing with me instead! Upon taking her details she told me she's the only Dudu/Gugu in the company
