Rude

I app**** to be a sales person for avon and was called by a representative who said i should meet up with her...she said she'll call me the following day.. I then proceeded to tell her i work in a call center and dont have access to my call so she should sms me before my lunch break...she called and left a rude sms on my phone...is this the type of people yall have as field sales agents to represent your company?
