******* service from Avon and Fastway courier services

Absolutely TRASH service delivery from this company. I placed an order on the 1st of April 2021 and still have not received my order 16 days later. When querying with them, they continuously state they will get back to you but dont phone you back for any sort of feedback. Apparently there was a scanner issue with my order through fast way delivery however nobody contacted me regarding the issue or tried making arrangements for a rescheduled delivery date. Instead they updated my order status to "Delivered" but cannot provide any answers as to why I didn't receive it or why rescheduling of delivery was not sent.
